On May 28th, we will send the participation ticket to the email address you registered when you applied to participate in the conference.
You will not be able to enter on the day without the participation ticket.

We have received many inquiries from people who have not received their participation ticket for various reasons, such as entering the wrong email address or registering an unused email address.

Could you please check your email to see if your participation ticket has arrived?

If you have not received it, please contact the secretariat as soon as possible.

If you are unable to present your participation ticket at the reception on the day, it will take time to check, so it will be very crowded.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, so we would appreciate it if you could prepare your participation ticket in advance.
