Starting from this tournament, the reception method on the day of the event will change.
Reception method
Participation ticket data (with QR code) will be sent to the email address you provided when applying for participation on Monday, May 27th. On the day of the event, a QR code will be scanned at the reception desk at the venue entrance, so please have it ready to display on your smartphone or tablet.(Or please print out your participation ticket data in advance and bring it with you)
Reception will be completed when the QR code is successfully read.
- Once you have completed the registration process, you can come and go as you like for 3 days.
- QR codes that have already been accepted cannot be used.
Points to note when participating on the day
- Please be sure to wear the name card given to you at the reception desk around your neck.
