As this is the 20th anniversary tournament, we expect a large number of participants. As the number of participants is limited due to venue availability, we recommend that you apply early.
How to register
Please proceed to the web form from the "Application Form" button at the bottom of the page or the tracking button, pay in advance with your credit card, and then arrive at the venue.

- Notes
- On-site participation only. There is no rerun viewing.
- Multiple application at once is not accepted.
- If you are a member, please pay your current membership fee. Members who cannot confirm payment will not be able to participate. After checking the payment status, we will notify you separately if there is any unpaid membership fee.
- This tournament is a tournament for acquiring certification credits required for certification renewal. You can earn 4 credits by participating.
- Please note that associate members are limited to members other than dentists and doctors, such as dental hygienists, dental technicians, and assistants who are members of this society.
- If you wish to cancel the social gathering, please contact us by April 30th. Cancellations cannot be made after May 1st.
- Participation in the meeting is free for students, but if you cannot present your student ID, the participation fee will be the same as for non-members.
- Graduate students will be charged the same participation fee as dentists and doctors.
Members of the Japan Association of Microscopic Dentistry can attend at member price.
Regarding the lunchtime seminar
Midtown Hall, the meeting venue, is located in a large commercial facility, so there are many restaurants. However, as many tourists visit on the weekends, it is expected that many participants will not be able to eat during the limited lunch break time, so the executive committee has decided to recommend eating boxed lunch at the seats in the main hall.
We tried to organize a luncheon seminar, but with the traditional luncheon seminar format, some people did not participate even though they had received tickets in advance, so we had no choice but to throw away the lunch boxes provided by the hosting company. Therefore, we have planned a lunchtime seminar with a different format from the luncheon seminars we have traditionally held. Participants can take the seminar while eating using the lunch boxes they have pre-registered for or the ones they bring themselves (please be sure to take home any trash from your own lunch boxes).
The lunchtime seminar is open to all conference participants. If you would like to receive a lunch bento box, please select the date you require the bento box on the participation registration form, and then pay and register.
