For those who cannot attend in person, you can participate via web streaming. The web streaming will later be available on demand, and we will provide the viewing URL.

Approximately 30 minutes by bus from Tokushima Airport to JR Tokushima Station.
From JR Tokushima Station, take a bus for about 15 minutes and get off at "Igakubu-mae." It's about a 2-minute walk.
About 12 minutes by train from JR Tokushima Station. Take a train heading to Awa-Ikeda or Anabuki, and get off at Kuramoto Station. It's about a 5-minute walk.
For those arriving by car
You can use the multi-story parking lot on the university campus.
Discount tickets will be provided at the reception desk on the day if needed.

This format includes on-site participation as well as access to web videos that will be distributed at a later date.
Even if you are unable to attend the venue on the day of the event, you can watch recorded videos of the conference presentations online afterward.

This format is dedicated exclusively to on-site participation, without web streaming included.
It is ideal for those who do not require post-event video access and can reliably attend the venue in person.
Notes
- Group registrations for multiple participants cannot be accommodated.
- Members are requested to ensure that their membership fees are paid up to date. Those whose payments cannot be confirmed will not be able to participate at the member price. If there are any unpaid fees, we will provide separate guidance after checking the payment status.
- This event qualifies for certification renewal credits. Participants will earn 4 credits.
- We kindly ask students to bring their student ID on the day of the event.
If you are unable to present your student ID, the same participation fee as non-members will be charged.
For those wishing to participate online, submission of your student ID in advance is required. After registration, the secretariat will send you an email with further instructions.
Additionally, if you arecurrently a student but expect to graduate in March 2025, please contact the secretariat in advance. - Graduate students will be charged the same fee as dental and medical professionals. Please take note when registering.
By becoming a member, you can participate at the member price.

About cancellation
Regarding the registration for the conference and the social gathering, please note that cancellations after payment cannot be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
Additionally, the participation method (on-site or online) cannot be changed after registration. Please ensure that you confirm your preferred method of participation carefully when registering.
About Receipts
After your application, we will send it to you as an electronic document as needed.
