Abstract Preparation Guidelines
For research presentations, the abstract should be organized as follows:
- Introduction: Provide a brief explanation of the research background and issues.
- Objective: Clearly state the aim of the study.
- Methods: Describe the methodology, including any numerical data and statistical analysis methods used, if applicable.
- Results: Present the findings in a clear and concise manner, with specific figures and statistical data where appropriate.
- Discussion & Conclusion: Interpret the results, discuss their significance, and provide the final conclusion of the research.
For case presentations, the abstract should be organized as follows:
- Case Overview: Summarize the case, including patient background and relevant history.
- Diagnosis: Outline the diagnostic process and findings.
- Treatment Plan: Describe the treatment strategy selected.
- Treatment Progress: Detail the course and progression of the treatment.
- Discussion & Conclusion: Discuss the implications of the case and draw a conclusion.
In both research and case presentations, if there is any invention or improvement of technologies or devices, it must be explained clearly.
General Guidelines for Presentation Submissions
- Presenters: All presenters, including co-presenters, must be members of the society.

Non-member co-presenters: If any co-presenters are non-members, the society's office will provide information on how to become a member.
Membership fee: ¥5,000 (one-time admission fee)
Annual membership fees:
・Full Member: ¥13,000
・Associate Member: ¥5,000
Call for General Oral and Poster Presentations
We invite presentations that align with the purpose of the society, which focuses on advanced and accurate diagnosis, treatment, and research using microscopy.
General Oral Presentations
- Presentation time: 8 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Please strictly adhere to the time limits to ensure smooth proceedings.
- Slides: If possible, please include English translations alongside the content.
- PC: Please bring your own computer for the presentation.
Poster Presentations

- Presenters will receive a ribbon at the poster presentation reception to indicate their role. Please attach it to your chest.
- During the poster discussion session, please stand by your poster to respond to questions.
- Where possible, please provide English translations on the poster as well.
Notes for poster presenters
- Display Board Size: 120 cm (width) × 160 cm (height).
- Please make sure that your poster fits within the display board size.
- An example of the poster format is shown in the diagram.
- Concisely include important information such as objectives, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, and references on the poster. The size of the lettering is not specified, but it should be legible from a distance of 2 meters.
- Please bring your own thumbtacks for securing the poster to the display board.

Regarding Acceptance/Rejection
The regarding Acceptance/rejection date for general oral presentations and poster presentations is scheduled to be approximately one week after the deadline.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Please use the Microsoft Word templates for application to submit your presentation.
- The title must be within 20 words including spaces, affiliation should be concise. The abstract must be within 300 words.
- The presentation title, the name of the presenter, and co-presenters should be listed in the application.
- The abstract should be structured with the following headings: Objective, Material and Methods, Results, and Conclusions, in this order. For case reports and invention or improvement of techniques and devices, the headings should be appropriately changed (for example, for case reports, Introduction, Cases, Discussion and, if relevant, Conclusions)
- Methods, Results, etc. should be described clearly, with numerical values and the statistical analysis methods used, if possible. Invention or improvement of techniques and devices should also be described clearly.
- Presentations, abstracts, and presentation data can be prepared in English. The program that will be published on the website is PDF file only (English version will be provided).

- 4. Case Report/Case Series (Report on treatment methods or outcomes)
- 5. Delegate to the Japan Association of Microscope Dentistry for categorization

Step2
After submission, the conference office will send you an email. The email will include the URL of the folder where you can upload the files and the submission deadline. Please prepare your abstract and any other necessary files, and upload them to the designated folder.
