The Future of Microscopic Dentistry: Excellence and Innovation

2025.4.18〜20

Otsuka Auditorium, Kuramoto Campus, Tokushima University

Greeting

We are pleased to announce that the 21st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association of Microscopic Dentistry will be held on April 19th (Saturday) and 20th (Sunday), 2025, at Otsuka Memorial Hall on the Kuramoto Campus of Tokushima University. I am honored to serve as the president of this academic conference and am prepared to fulfill my duties to the best of my ability.

The upcoming academic conference will focus on the theme of "The Future of Microscopic Dentistry: Innovation and Evolution." Microscopic dentistry is an invaluable field that enables us to observe and treat teeth in remarkable detail. I am confident that this will be a significant development in the future of dental care. The objective of this theme is to explore the most recent developments in microscopic dentistry and to anticipate how these will evolve in conjunction with the participating professionals.

This conference will feature a number of distinguished experts in the field of microscopic dental treatment, and we have a diverse range of programs currently in development. Further details will be announced on the conference website in due course. Please check back for updates.

The Awa Odori Kaikan, located near Tokushima Station, offers the opportunity to experience the traditional Awa Dance year-round, not just during the summer season. Additionally, attendees may wish to take the ropeway to Mount Bizan, a Tokushima City landmark, for views of the Kii Channel and Awaji Island. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to explore these beautiful surroundings during the conference.

We are also pleased to announce that the member reception will be held on April 19th (Saturday) at JR Hotel Clement Tokushima, conveniently located right next to Tokushima Station. Rest assured that comprehensive infection prevention measures will be in place to ensure the safety of all attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the delicious local seafood and mountain delicacies of Tokushima and to network with new contacts.

We sincerely hope you can join us, and we look forward to your support and ideas. The faculty and staff of the Department of Regenerative Dental Medicine, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Tokushima University, are eagerly anticipating welcoming you to Tokushima!
